Lumpo roe

Lumpfish roe is a great flavor enhancer in any dish such as: canapés, tartare, carpaccio, salads, pasta... Due to its fine and sweet texture, these roes will leave a delicious memory of the sea on your palate. 

You can find them red or black. You have to know that it is simply a dye that is added to lumpfish roe to simulate salmon roe and caviar.
