All prices are shown in euros and do not include applicable VAT and/or any other applicable taxes. EXCEPTIONS IN DELIVERY TIMES
During special offers on the AMBROSIA DELICAT website, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
AMBROSIA DELICAT will not assume any responsibility for delay in the delivery of orders when this delay is the exclusive fault of the buyer or the authorized person.
The client assumes the risks of deterioration, impairment, damage and loss of the products of the order from the moment of delivery of the same in accordance with the procedure regulated in these Terms and Conditions. The client will be responsible for the storage and conservation of the products under the conditions that, where appropriate, are established on their labeling.
If an item is not in stock at the time you order, we will let you know and give you the ability to reserve that item immediately so you can get it when it becomes available.
The customer will be responsible for verifying the content and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery. Once your signature has been accepted and entered on the copy of the delivery note to be returned to the carrier, you will have expressed your agreement with what was received and waived any subsequent claims about the suitability and identity of the merchandise requested and received. In the event that the customer verifies errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged at the time of delivery, he must record these circumstances on the carrier's delivery note and must inform us of these facts within 24 hours.
TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
In the case of import fees and/or customs procedures, these expenses will be borne by the buyer.

This right of withdrawal will not be contemplated for products that need a cold chain or in the case of products with an imminent expiration date or a high probability of suffering deterioration in a short period of time.

In case of withdrawal on your part, all payments received from you will be returned to the client in the same form of payment in which it was made. The shipping costs to make the return will be borne by the user. The returned products must be in normal conditions (with their original packaging and without using or handling). If the cause of the return is that the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, AMBROSIA DELICAT will bear the costs of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount, but not the return costs. Additional delivery costs will not be paid if the user has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method.
The refund of the amount will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same payment method that has been used: either it will be paid to your credit card or to your PayPal account. For orders by cash on delivery, a bank transfer will be made to the indicated account.
