WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The customer will have a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without indicating any reason.

This right of withdrawal will not be contemplated for products that need a cold chain or in the case of products with an imminent expiration date or a high probability of suffering deterioration in a short period of time.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to the email address info@ambrosiadelicat.com. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

 

In the same way, the user is informed that, based on the provisions of article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal on those goods made according to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.

 

In case of withdrawal on your part, all payments received from you will be returned to the client in the same form of payment in which it was made. The shipping costs to make the return will be borne by the user. The returned products must be in normal conditions (with their original packaging and without using or handling). It will be necessary to attach a copy of the invoice. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.

 

If the cause of the return is that the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, AMBROSIA DELICAT will bear the costs of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount, but not the return costs. Additional delivery costs will not be paid if the user has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method.

 

The refund of the amount will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same payment method that has been used: either it will be paid to your credit card or to your PayPal account. For orders by cash on delivery, a bank transfer will be made to the indicated account.
