The very characteristic palate gives us an impression of sweetness mixed with a smooth sweet warmth, enhanced by a slightly biting finish. This intoxicating spice is expressed in an aromatic floral background where delicate aromas of withered flowers, candied dried fruit and resinous honey are mixed. After a few minutes in the open air, the aromas reveal themselves even more candied and the nose delivers subtle notes of muscatel, reminiscent of currants.
