Ideal dish to serve our caviar.

Caviar requires its own presentation. It can arrive at the table in the original container (tin or glass), but always on ice. It is not recommended to place it in a metal cavity or take it with a silver spoon, since, being in contact with certain metals, caviar it can suffer a small oxidation and take over a metal aftertaste. Mother of pearl is much better.
